This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds. 1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

The product should generally be:

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Original tags or packaging have been removed or damaged.
The product was damaged after delivery due to misuse.
The return request is made after the applicable return period.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Provide photographs/videos if requested.
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Pack the product securely with its original packaging and accessories.

Please do not send a product to an address other than the return address provided by Manisha Collection.

5. Return Shipping Charges

For defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different products, Manisha Collection may arrange or bear the applicable return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, applicable return shipping charges may be payable by the customer or deducted from the refund, as communicated before processing the return.

6. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the return is approved.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the relevant payment provider.

The final refund amount may depend on the order, applicable shipping charges and reason for the return.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests received before dispatch may generally be processed.

Take photographs/videos of the package.

Keep the packaging and product safely until the matter is resolved.

9. Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a wrong or missing product, contact us promptly with:

Order number.
Product details.
Photographs/videos of the package and product, where requested.
Any other information reasonably required for verification.

After verification, an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution may be provided.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or another appropriate resolution may be offered, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns

We may investigate suspected fraudulent, repeated or abusive return requests and take appropriate action where permitted by applicable law.
